What started as fuel for long days spent studying finance and interning on Wall Street quickly evolved into an obsession with specialty coffee—explored cup by cup across all five boroughs. Each café revealed not just flavor, but systems: sourcing, logistics, pricing, and consistency, all demanding the same rigor as financial analysis. Trips back to New Delhi made the contrast unmistakable—world-class coffee culture abroad, fragmented access at home. That tension planted a lasting idea.
